The firm has low billable hours (1680) and a culture of kindness and collegiality, attracting BigLaw ex-pats from such firms as Sidley Austin, Simpson Thacher, and Latham. The firm has 35+ years of experience counseling high-impact non-profit organizations, positioning them to strengthen the broader community. This is an opportunity to work directly with clients that further social justice, environmental sustainability, community services, and more. The firm is considering attorneys with a variety of experience levels (junior to senior).
Base compensation DOE, $110k-250k, plus 5% 401(k) matching and bonus potential.
